The Underwater Baptism offers an ideal chance to embark on your first sea dive. We will gather at our designated meeting point to conduct the full wetsuit fitting (6 mm), which will be worn throughout the excursion. This suit not only provides protection against the water's temperature but also serves as a vital safety tool during navigation.
Once our suits are on, we will set sail to a natural park, just 15 minutes away by boat, where the underwater adventure will take place. Here, we will receive guidance on equipment operation and essential knowledge, covering signals, compensation, and water transfer techniques.
Following the briefing, we will commence our individualized adaptation process. From this moment, you can dive with confidence, as our instructor will be by your side throughout the entire experience.
After getting acclimatized, we will launch into our adventure. The dive will last approximately 20 to 25 minutes, reaching a depth of around 9 meters. During this time, we will explore the typical Patagonian sub-aquatic ecosystem, encountering groupers, sargos, sea salmon, starfish, sea urchins, anemones, and a variety of algae that transform the area into an underwater forest.
Post-dive, those interested in further exploration can utilize the available snorkeling equipment to continue enjoying the marine environment until it is time to return to land.
Upon arrival back on the coast, you will be awarded a certificate recognizing your dive, and in the afternoon (if pre-arranged) you can receive photographs and/or HD video footage (optional and not included).
