Descripción del Tour:
We kick off our adventure bright and early, picking up guests from their centrally located hotels in comfortable vehicles.
Our journey begins at Rawson Port, where we set sail to encounter the Patagonian Dolphin, also known as the Pío Dolphin or Tonina. This delightful and petite dolphin is an endemic species, with males reaching up to 1.45 meters and females up to 1.52 meters. If fortune smiles upon us, we'll witness them in action, performing acrobatics in their natural environment. These dolphins are highly energetic, relishing in swift surface swims, jumps, and wave surfing. This sighting presents a rare opportunity, as this is the sole location globally to observe them.
We then proceed to the city of Trelew to explore the Egidio Feruglio Paleontological Museum. Established in 1990, this museum stands as the most significant of its kind in South America, renowned for its remarkable collection of unique species. Housing nearly 40,000 fossils, it features both replicas and originals of dinosaurs such as the Patagotitan mayorum, the largest dinosaur known worldwide. Visitors can view dinosaur fossils and other ancient creatures, gaining insight into the region's entire geological history.
In the afternoon, we make our way back to the central hotels, carrying with us unforgettable memories from this extraordinary excursion that blends nature, history, and culture.
