The breathtaking Peninsula Valdés has been recognized as a World Heritage Site thanks to its remarkable wildlife diversity. Here, visitors can encounter everything from majestic whales, orcas, seals, elephant seals, to a variety of birds soaring over the expansive beaches.
This comprehensive full-day tour is led by a professional guide and offered as a private tour. Our journey begins at the Carlos Ameghino Isthmus Interpretation Center, where you'll gain insightful knowledge about the region's fauna, flora, and geology.
We will also take in the stunning panoramic views of the Nuevo Golfo, San José, and la Isla de Pájaros.
Next, we will visit Puerto Pirámides, where, depending on the season, you can opt for whale watching (optional) or enjoy a nautical excursion with snorkeling (optional).
As we continue our land exploration, our itinerary may vary based on the season, weather, or tides, allowing us to visit Caleta Valdés, Punta Cantor, and Punta Norte in different sequences to observe elephant seals and sea lions.
Orca sightings can be experienced at Punta Norte, with increased chances during March, April, and May. Additionally, sightings occur from September to November at Caleta Valdés, albeit less frequently.
We anticipate returning to the city at approximately 6:30/7:00 p.m.
