In the late morning, our team will collect you from your centrally located accommodation in Puerto Madryn and journey to the picturesque town of Trelew, where the delightful Estancia Las Bardas awaits. This vineyard, which celebrated its inaugural harvest in 2022, is renowned for its handcrafted Pinot Noir and Syrah wines, along with its flourishing olive groves.

We will embark on a tour through the olive groves, where experts will explain how the Estancia cultivates olives and produces olive oil. You'll gain insight into every step of the process, from plantation and harvesting to the final products available for sale, including milling, pressing, preservation, and labeling.


Following our exploration of the olive groves, we will proceed to the winery. Here, local winemakers will lead us through the various stages of wine production, from harvesting grapes to bottling. We'll have the opportunity to observe the entire development of the grapes, learn about the fermentation process, and understand the production stages and their tools. We'll also view the barrels where the wines are aged and hear about their most popular selections.
